Was visiting from overseas and wanted to rent bikes for the ride out to the Lake Champlain Causeway. However, it was difficult to find rentals due to it being the colder season. North Star Sports was the only place that would rent to us and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They went the extra mile for us when they found out that we had forgotten to bring gloves, lent us some to wear free of charge. The ride out to the Causeway was the highlight of our trip to Vermont and was only possible thanks to the team at North Star Sports.

A great shop. What a great staff. I was visiting here in town and wanted to rent a gravel bike. The bike was flawless and the staff helped make sure I was fit properly. I left the bike overnight so I didn't have to worry about it being locked up somewhere. They were very accommodating. When I return the next morning, the bike was out front and you'd have thought I had been going to this shop for years. Well staff and knowledgeable, enthusiastic bike people A+

Visited Burlington, VT on a Saturday with beautiful weather…. Logically most places in the area were sold out of bike rentals. I started calling around and North Star Sports had some rentals available. The staff was super friendly and helpful with our rentals. The prices are steep if you’re renting an E-bike ($75+tax), however, the rentals are for the entire day and the E-bike helps with completing the whole Lake Champlain trail with ease. Highly recommend North Star Sports!
