The Lighting House

We are incredibly grateful for Cheyenne Stokes at The Lighting House. Our family relocated to Vermont this past summer and took on a massive renovation of a 1920s Craftsman in Burlington’s Five Sisters Neighborhood. To say the process felt overwhelming is an understatement, and Cheyenne became a steady, guiding presence throughout it all. From our first meeting, Cheyenne listened thoughtfully to our questions, concerns, and ideas. She helped us refine our vision for the lighting — and overall aesthetic — of each room, offering expertise we deeply trusted. Her judgment, responsiveness, and reliability gave us tremendous peace of mind. Cheyenne consistently went above and beyond. She created customized lists of our selected fixtures with corresponding bulb recommendations and developed a detailed labeling system so our electrician and contractor knew exactly where each piece belonged. Her organization and care made a complex process feel manageable. We are so thankful that Cheyenne was part of our renovation team. She eased a great deal of stress and was an invaluable thought partner from start to finish. The Lighting House is fortunate to have her, and we are so glad to have the wonderful resource of The Lighting House in our new neighborhood.
