It was a dog. It took out my front wheel and wrecked the frame of my cannondale SuperSix himod when the bars spun and cracked the top tube. So I found several places that could fix it and I went with CBS. Communications to get the bike there was great! The team at CBS was informative and helpful! When I sent the bike I was nervous, but with every message I sent, replies were prompt and helpful! My repair did take longer but that was because it needed more repair than I initially thought and I am so happy they had their hands on my bike! When I got the bike back, I was assuming there’d be a noticeable reminder of the incident. Take a look at these pictures- the repair was INSANELY good! Like, better-than-i-could-have-imagined- good. Like, can’t even tell where the repairs are!!! Trust this company with your bike. Be patient (I struggled with that, sorry for my persistence, Charlotte). You won’t be disappointed. My bike is brand new and I couldn’t be happier.
