Earls sells treadmills? I didn't find that out until my kids each bought one from elsewhere and had a multitude of issues with the exact same product. Earl's was the same price and way cheaper to deliver and setup plus they service them too. Joe talked us out of a more expensive model for our use and was great to deal with. Delivery and setup was on time and painless. Treadmill runs flawlessly. The best part is knowing someone local stands behind it. Highly recommend them if you're looking for a treadmill.

Great shop. Nice retail employee that I have had a few great conversations with...:.not pushy at all. His demeanor has led me to go back and back, for some service in a fixed gear build I completed, buying some clipless shoes and pedals....awesome shop.....my kinda vibe. Long live brick and mortar with awesome techs and retail workers....

June 18th, 2012. Never would you believe i would be writing a review for a place 13 years after making my initial purchase! I can not tell you enough how impressed I am with their customer service and record retention. The bike that I bought way back in 2012 was recently stolen on Thanksgiving. Freaking out I naturally called them to see if they could provide the serial number for the bike so I could file a police report. Here I am a few days later getting off the phone with them requesting a copy of the original receipt to see if I can submit an insurance claim. They immediately emailed it to me. Kudos and thank you for your impecable customer record retention after so many years. I loved that bike and would still be riding it today if not stolen.
