Thank you Tim, Courtney, Brad & Stephon for making our project go smoothly. Tim came and we looked at different samples of floor and he talked through with us the difference between unstained hardwood vs prefinished. What it would mean for us while it was being installed, etc. We were scheduled promptly and we even had to change the install date but they were flexible with our schedule. We had one issue after the install with one of the pieces of wood and they sent the crew back out to fix the board very quickly. Everyone on their team followed up quickly. We had an excellent experience with this flooring company from start to finish. They stuck to the timeline exactly as promised, even while demoing a lot of tile, which was no small job. Brad, the owner, was absolutely amazing—clear, responsive, and proactive in his communication throughout the entire process. The crew was professional, hardworking, and a pleasure to have in our home. The engineered hardwood installation is beautiful and the attention to detail really shows. This was our 3rd project by Brad and Floor Covering International and they delivered beyond our expectations once again. The whole process was seamless, starting with the selection of the flooring and stairway carpeting from their mobile showroom from the comfort of our house. From there, Brad was flexible and accommodating with other construction renovations and able to work around our schedule when needed. The final product, beautiful transitional flooring throughout our 1860's farmhouse. Brad was really able to deliver on our initial vision and bring to life. I could not recommend Floor Covering International enough. No better flooring and carpeting place in the Syracuse area.
