Finding a good vapor sealer for our crawlspace was not easy. I had 4 separate estimates by the big name companies in the area and I was surprised by the inflated prices and pressure sale tactics used. I was even more surprised when some of them didn't even follow standards for "modern" vapor sealing methods. Woods (which was last on my list to get quotes from) was distinctly different. Neil in sales was thorough in his inspection along with being as low pressure as one could get. He worked with us on price, which included the same material and process as the others but at a significantly lower price. When the time came to seal up our crawlspace, Juan and his team did an excellent job transforming our damp, muddy, smelly crawlspace into a clean and healthy environment with a very nice warranty to boot. I would highly recommend Woods for your foundation / basement needs.

My experience with Woods Basement Systems was wonderful. Everyone was professional and answered all of my questions throughout the entire process. Three piers were installed to stabilize my crawlspace and my crawlspace was encapsulated. My crawlspace looks so clean and with new sump pumps and a dehumidifier I’m thrilled to have my moisture problems solved. A new window well and buried gutter and sump pump lines make my yard look so much better as well. Thank you!
