It appears Tiger plumbing participates in unethical practices. Treating customers of various backgrounds differently. They have an alarming lack of communication within the company. Tristan is one of the managers, I believe, was condescending on the phone. Whether it was my error or not, speaking to customers with what appears a sense of entitlement, is poor practice. John as a receptionist/scheduler was very helpful. That’s the only reason for the two stars. I did exactly what they told me. Nothing with my heat changed. They refused to come back out, after they got their money. In the past Tiger had done a phenomenal job, but as of recent it’s been quick decline in service.

I WAS a member of their club and they came out to check out my heating and a/c as part of the club services. They discovered a crack and quoted me $14,000 to replace the furnace and a/c. I asked for a detailed quote. To me, this is just standard. You get a quote and it outlines everything included in the price and how they arrived at that price. They refused to give me a detailed quote. And I do mean, downright refused. “We don’t do that.” You want $14,000 from me you do! Then they don’t me if I require that they might not be the company for me, I 100% agree with that assessment. You’re not. ANY company unwilling to detail their pricing and work in a quote is shady, ripping people off, and has something to hide. I’ve cancelled my membership and no longer want anything to do with this company.
