Big City Asphalt

We had an outstanding experience with Adam and his crew. Communication was excellent: Adam asked the right questions, spotted potential issues before they became problems, and explained the entire asphalt process in a way that was easy to understand. He never pushed unnecessary or expensive options, just honest, knowledgeable recommendations. His prices were fair, the work is flawless (the seams are nearly invisible), and his crew was professional and respectful. They worked around our shifting schedule and made sure the businesses in our plaza experienced as little disruption as possible. He was patient with every curveball, down-to-earth, and went above and beyond — even offering to answer questions from neighboring owners. This was hands down the smoothest experience we’ve ever had with a contractor, and the final product exceeded every expectation. Highly recommend!

After calling two other asphalt companies and getting ghosted, I got the number for Big City from my neighbor. They were very quick. Called on Wednesday afternoon, Adam came out Wednesday evening to give me an estimate, and he had the driveway paved Thursday afternoon. I wasn't home when they finished, so I met him to pay him on Saturday afternoon. Driveway looks good and is smooth. Cost was what I was expecting to spend, no surprises. They were good at the job and I'm happy with the results.
