Had a blockage in a pipe the made all of the drains in the house stop draining. Couldn’t use any sinks, the shower, or the toilet. They were supposed to come Tuesday, but it got rescheduled for Wednesday. Let that slide because I understand being short staffed, even though that put me at three days without a working toilet. When they came they were quick and efficient with the fix, which I appreciated. Was happy to leave it at that, but I went down to the basement today to grab some laundry and noticed that all of the backed up sewer water was just left on my basement floor. I was not informed of this before they left. It either should have been cleaned up or I should have been informed that that kind of cleanup was necessary for me to figure out. (Including photos of the mess that was left.)

Do yourself a favor and find a local trusted plumber instead of choosing Morrisons, I wish I did. Morrisons redid our sewer line which cost us $20,000. The work they did was subpar and careless. For starters the excavator work was sloppy and lazy destroying our landscaping blocks that were no where near where they had to work. Those same landscaping blocks were driven over by the excavator breaking them costing us even more money. They also tore down trees (which was needed in spots but then pushed the downed trees into healthy trees that were out of the way damaging them and resulting in me having to cut them down). After the work was done they covered the trench back up but in some spots had it super high then other spots super low resulting in me having to go and transfer dirt from one spot to others. After they left, roughly a month later our basement backed up and flooded again just like it did before they did our sewer line even though they said that was the reason it backed up in the first place. Had them out again and they tried saying our cast iron piping is rotted out and needs to be repaired and quoted us 10,000 I called a local plumber the discovered the issues was a root in the pipe and nothing else wrong with it. We got scammed by Morrisons for 20,000 for a root and tried getting an additional 10,000 out of a family with a new baby.

He took the time to explain each step, answered all our questions, and delivered quality work that exceeded our expectations. It’s rare to find someone so dependable and detail-oriented. Cole is extremely trustworthy, after a few interactions to ensure we were aligned on what needed to be done in the home, I was able to leave the house for errands and I always returned home to the exact way I left it. We quickly developed a great rapport as Cole is very personable, I learned a lot about his family including his fur babies, we both love to travel and he even shared some tips with me about wedding planning from his personal experience. We highly recommend Cole to anyone looking for a skilled and trustworthy professional. We’ll definitely be calling him again for future projects!
