Positives: They sent a technician the next day, and they were on time in the delivery window. Everything else didn't go well. I was significantly overcharged for the service visit, which didn't fix the refrigerator. The technician took 2 personal calls while he was talking to me. I wouldn't mind that usually, but on top of everything else not going well, it didn't seem professional. He also didn't put the back of the fridge together correctly (only used 2 of the screws), and left the water line dangling out to the side of the fridge. Wolf reached out to see how it went, and I said it didn't fix the problem. They scheduled a follow up visit, but had to cancel. When asking them to partially refund the initial visit that was significantly overpriced, they stopped responding. Would NOT recommend.
