I purchased a part fro my washer today from Hunter at your Appliance Parts Co. store located at 1595 N. 113th Ave 85392. Hunter made sure I purchased the correct part and also helped me find another part I needed that was no longer available by finding one on ebay. I have very seldom gotten this great of service. So! I don’t know the guys name but first things first! His customer service skills were outstanding. Knowledgeable friendly and helpful. This is your go to place for appliance parts. Dropped by yesterday afternoon and they unfortunately didn’t have the part on hand but he gave me the cross streets and then offered to have the part overnighted to the shop. As soon as the part arrived he called me and lo and behold, it solved my problem. Thanks guys!!

The customer service is awesome and the parts are fairly priced. If they don't have your part in stock they go out of their way to make sure you get it as soon as possible. Appliance Parts Company is the best, I wouldn't get my parts from anywhere else.

I had my home AC checked/serviced and of course the contractor recommended fixes at incredible cost. They wanted $554 to replace the capacitor, and another $554 to add a hard start (compressor saver). I opened up the AC cover, got the specs of the capacitor and called these guys and they had the required parts. I paid $102 total for both and installed the hard start and replaced the capacitor in about 10 mins. Everything works great and I saved myself $1,000. Very convenient to just YouTube how hard a fix may be and what part you need, then call this store and pick it up same day. Save yourself the hassle and cost.
