We have relied on E&J for help with our appliances a few years back, and it had been positive, so we were confident in calling them again when we needed diagnosis/repair of our 21-year-old washing machine. Santiago showed up right on time, looking clean and neat and professional. He quickly ran through a few steps leading to his confirmation of the diagnosis. He then spent some time researching, and ultimately confirmed that parts are no longer available for this model (something which I independently verified later).
