Local computer repair

Brought two gaming pcs in to be serviced including repasting the cpus on both and graphics card in one. Originally thought I was going to have to replace a cpu or motherboard in one of them. Gabe fixed the issue while he was trying to diagnosis the problem. Didn’t even charge me. He also gave me a killer deal and got it done super fast. I had a phenomenal experience with Gabe and his PC repair service! I was having issues with my 5 year old gaming PC crashing and had noticed the fan in my power supply had stopped spinning; I knew something was obviously wrong, but with my limited knowledge, I didn't even know where to start. Gabe was very friendly and understanding, willing to work with me, and explained things in a way that even I was able to follow. Not once did he make me feel like I had asked a dumb question no matter what. He helped diagnose the issues with my system and worked with me to form a gameplan for the repairs. Throughout the entire process he was very transparent; I felt like he was truly listening to me and any concerns I had. Gabe went above and beyond, not only did he fix all issues I was having and made the necessary repairs in an extremely timely manner, he also provided me with some very helpful information about things I didn't even know were or could end up being potential issues. He also went out of his way to show me some settings I could change to improve the performance of my PC. Exceptional communication every step of the way! I was never in the dark about anything that was being done, there was always a clear line of communication from Gabe. At no time through the entire process did he try to upsell me on unnecessary upgrades or services. I came to Gabe at Local Computer Repair with a PC that was crashing, causing all sorts of issues, a very rudimentary understanding of my system, and worries that fixing it would cost me exorbitant amounts of money. Just a couple days later I left his shop with a PC that worked as good as, if not better than, the day I first bought it 5 years ago, a ton of valuable knowledge, and all at a super reasonable price!
