Update: I talked to the owner who explained what happened, issued my credit and was very apologetic. Thank you. I never had an issue with the product or support until now. These people are as bad as the scum who try to attack your PC. I got a new PC and asked them not to renew my antivirus subscription for my old one. They went ahead and did it anyway. I have asked them to issue a credit via several communication methods and provided documentation. No response, nothing.
