Update: I talked to the owner who explained what happened, issued my credit and was very apologetic. Thank you. I never had an issue with the product or support until now. These people are as bad as the scum who try to attack your PC. I got a new PC and asked them not to renew my antivirus subscription for my old one. They went ahead and did it anyway. I have asked them to issue a credit via several communication methods and provided documentation. No response, nothing.
Very generously offered to pick up and take a look at my PC even on short notice during thanksgiving. Then also replaced a faulty fan and delivered the machine to my apartment for no cost. Extremely friendly and helpful, very thankful for their services.
Rad computers gave me 10/10 customer service. The most impressive was his time turn around. Happy all around. Go to them!
Quick, Efficient, and super friendly service. Both people (The owner and the helper Stefano) were a huge help and a joy to talk to while they were remediating my issue. I would come back if I ever encounter any issues that I can’t figure out on my own, and would recommend people to stop by if I can’t help them!
I have two older Mac laptops that need service every year or so. Mark at RAD Computers always does a great job for me, for a reasonable price and in good time. He was even able to do some minor repairs while I waited, and helped me figure out some technical issues with an upgrade for one of my devices. He is always honest, friendly, and caring, and I definitely plan to continue taking my devices to him whenever they need anything. Thank you, Mark!
