Great little shop! I got a free appraisal on some old watches of mine. While they weren't interested in any of them, their appraiser, Randy, literally spent about a half hour of his time finding market value for them from other buyers and passing that info on to me, free of charge. It will be of great value to me should I choose to attempt selling them on my own. Will repeat this visit some time, as I have repairs that I need done. This is how business should be done, folks!
Had a great time in this store!! I am a used car salesman and I feel like they were honest and trustworthy haha! Came in to look and walked out with a nice necklace/cross pendant. It was a lot cheaper than I thought it would be! Great job to everyone there! 10/10 will do business again!
My mom and I had a great experience! She had several pieces to be looked at that she wanted to sell. We were given a very clear and comprehensive explanation of the jewelry, and what it was. They ended up purchasing 2 of her rings with a fair price. My mom was extremely pleased with their offer, and we left very happy. Their appraiser that day (I think was Randy? I’m so sorry if I got your name wrong) was so lovely to talk with and explained everything. He made us feel comfortable and walked us through the process. It was easy and we would definitely recommend them.
