Guy was super nice and had my problem fixed within an hour. Went in with a screen less phone, unfortunately, my model wasn't able to be fixed but I was able to apply that credit towards a new phone. He even went as far as making sure I was set up properly before I left.
I went to them as my laptop was not charging. They told me the charger is fine, the charging port is ruined. They recommended to open up the laptop and try to fix it for 150$or buy a new laptop. Just went and bought a new charger for 37$ and the laptop was charging fine. Don’t take their word. Double check with someone else
My phone would not charge. I went to a Verizon location and their staff told me that they do not do repairs. So I went to Wirelessville. The initial response was much friendlier. The guy fixed my phone in minutes. The staff was knowledgeable and it was very affordable. I would definitely use Wirelessville again! Good experience.
Great experience! I came here to have my IPhone 13 Pro Max charger port looked at because it wasn’t charging. He quickly cleaned the port and got my phone charging again. I also bought a screen protector and he had it installed in less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend this place. Prices are super affordable! Thanks!
