Saratoga Technologies has been a great asset to JD Metals. They monitor the status of our ink cartridges and ship new ones before the old ones run out. This eliminates the need to stock extra cartridges and the hassle of matching different cartridges to different printers. Their salesman Brad Holly is great to work with and always takes care of any issues that may come up. He always answers his phone, even on vacation. Their service techs are also a pleasure to work with. Randy has been a big help. He has fixed issues on site, as well as, answered many questions on the phone. They are polite, friendly, and always do what it takes to resolve the situation or get the job done.
