I have used Jonathan Evenden and his team at AEGIS IT Solutions for the last 15 years and can say they are the best. Jonathan and his team provide quality service at a reasonable cost and in a timely manner. Jonathan provides upfront pricing and always delivers what we need when we need it. You will not find a more honest person that Jonathan and can rely on what he tells you. He never tries to sell things you don't need or want. I highly recommend him to anyone needing IT support, maintenance and/or installation of equipment.

A Business Owners Perspective on Experience: He sold my Grandpa a used/refurbished/imcomplete computer but told him it was new to trick him to buy it. My grandpa is an 80 year old veteran, and he took advantage of him. When we confronted him, he asked for photos, which means he knows he does that to people but wanted to doublecheck if he did it here. DO NOT TRUST THIS FRAUDSTER. There are many better and moree established options. He otherwise, did not meet basic expectations and had poor customer service and support.

When it comes to Computer support you can rely on, you HAVE to go with Aegis IT. While there is a location associated with the business, they only come to you to do business. My computer was having a problem with the Power Drive resulting in it not powering on even when connected to the power cord. I gave these people a call and explained the problem. They were able to talk it through with me VERY thoroughly and access what the problem was. I was told they were sending their tech support guy to Best Buy to get a new Power Drive before heading to me to further assist me. About 30 minutes before the agent's arrival, he called me to tell me he was 30 minutes away giving me time to make sure I was home. About 1 hour and 30 minutes after the call, the tech support guy shows up. He was very friendly and very focused. Serious, my house is loaded with Cool stuff but he stayed 100% focused on the job at hand with NO distractions. The agent was able to disassemble my PC tower to run a test on the Power Drive to see if it worked. It didn't. He managed to put a new power drive in and then tested it with my computer. It worked. He then after reassembling it, connected it to a monitor via HDMI cable to see if it worked. It booted into Windows. The Tech Support guy in great detail explained the process of how everything worked. Such great detail that even I could understand it. He was also able to explain a few PC related things I wasn't sure of. The price of all of the above being done was quite reasonable. They delivered same day service with excellent customer service! I cannot recommend this place enough! You can have your devices repaired in the comfort of your own home!
