This gentleman is very honest and fair first of all. His turnaround is almost immediate. He goes completely out of his way to help EVERYONE. I saw it in person, while he was helping me. His inventory is huge. If he doesn't have it, he'll get it. Definitely go see him first. I visited his store through the week. Great local business. One to be proud of.

Christmas eve i was looking for a phone case for my boyfriends phone and everywhere was closing. I called Tri-City Cellworld and Billy answered the phone and explained they weren’t open but that he’d be more than happy to come open the shop and let me get the phone case. His act of kindness meant so so much to me. Amazing business and an Amazing owner.
