The crew arrived right on time, wearing shoe covers and laying down tarps to protect my floors. They made sure to clean up everything when they finished. Oliver was friendly and professional throughout the visit. My fireplace now looks spotless, and the gas logs were adjusted just right to give a cozy, warm glow.
