My heat failed today, so i called Pann, and they sent Shane out to repair it. He was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the problem immediately. Unfortunately, a part needs to be replaced, so someone will be back tomorrow to finish the repair. Im still happy with getting it fixed in a day.
I contacted PANN Home Services in an emergency flood situation due to frozen pipes and Billy specifically was the most efficient, kind, competent, and customer focused plumbing expert I have ever worked with. It was 2am and there was no one available and he followed up more than once to help me figure out what to do. Thank you. In those moments, someone with both skills and empathy makes all the difference.
PANN isn't the least expensive option, but if you want top-notch service, they're certainly among the very best. They showed up on time and were professional, respectful of me and my home, and super-friendly. They even gave some love to my nosy, insistent dog. I would definitely recommend them!
I was thrilled with the service I received from Pann. I had 3 plumbing projects for them to tackle (dishwasher install, garbage disposal replacement, shower/bath fixture replacement). They arrived right on time and were able to compete the work within a few hours. What was really nice is they took all the debris with them! I would recommend their service.
I've had Pann do a lot of work in my place, including a heat pump installation and a total bathroom remodel. Dave, Steve, and the whole team were awesome. They did everything with a super high quality bar and went out of their way to make things better, like changing the placement of my A/C vent in the bathroom. If you choose Pann I highly recommend singing up for the Pann Protection Plan because you get a lot of value for the money.
