In addition to taking longer than quoted, Tiago and his crew left my flooring covered in paint that has dried and been sealed into my floors. There was debris including a dry noodle all throughout my floors after finishing and am extremely disappointed
Thiago is knowledgeable and patient with all customers. Installation is fast and professional. We've used them multiple times and will continue to choose them first for our flooring needs. They've expanded into kitchen renovations as well. There's a good variety and selection of products.
So happy with my experience! Found great options in the showroom (there were beautiful wools, which is what I went looking for, but in the end settled on a really fun polypropylene). Install was scheduled quickly after I made my decision, and the team did a great job, and were also super friendly and courteous.
Joe is knowledgeable and very helpful. He was very patient through all of my questions and answered them honestly. There was never any pressure to buy and he's been really easy to work with! The pricing is also very reasonable.
