Terry and his team did terrific and timely work on our foundation following an accident involving our home. Terry responded and was able to come asses the damage within hours and had a team start work the next day to protect the structural integrity of the house. They worked quickly and had everything done much faster than we anticipated. He was fair and thorough, and worked with us and helped us work with the insurance companies for the claim.

Reached out to Metro for some roofing and flashing issues. Getting scheduled was complicated (we were a small job fitting between other larger ones, and needed a larger than usual ladder) but they were thorough and good about followup when we had an issue come up after payment - they were on it and handled a repair before the winter weather kicked in. I always worry about those situations because the less professional places might ghost you after, but Metro is honest and stuck to their word about getting it resolved before snowy weather and ensuring we were all set! Will plan to use them again if needed

Metro Masonry is a wonderful company. Terry and his crew worked incredibly fast and were able to navigate when what we thought was a drainage issue causing water to enter our basement became a different story. Terry was able to keep it in the original quote he gave, find the cause of the water issue dig a trench where multiple entry points for water were, put in a foundation bench to stop the leak, mortar the rocks that shifted on the outside foundation, and install rebar within the bench to provide new support to the foundation to prevent future rock movement issues in that area. It was all very smooth and presented to us clearly.
