Waymakers Restoration is amazing! Seriously, we have been so impressed! So conscientious, kind, professional, polite, respectful…I could go on and on. I’m so glad we could use this company for this experience…an hour of water being dumped into our finished basement due a faulty sump pump & backup system. They created a calming effect over the entire process 🤍 I would highly recommend Waymakers Restoration (and do) if you have a water issue like this, or fire or mold, etc. It’s been one of the best experiences in an unfortunate situation. And the owner is a woman who is very giving!

Responded quickly to my call. Craig or Greg (not sure which was his name) was very professional and pushed himself to do all that was needed to my satisfaction. He even shuffled my slate pool table off the rug so that the rug could be taken and cleaned! His supervisor gave me so many tips for storing things in the basement. I highly appreciated that information. I won’t hesitate to call upon Waymakers again if needed, which I hope I won’t need. I highly recommend Waymakers.

We chose waymakers from a list our insurance company suggested for water damage due to a busted toilet hose. From the first person to come right up to the last, they were professional, helpful, friendly and efficient. I hope to never need mitigation again but if I do, you can bet I will call waymakers. Thank you for making a terrible situation just a little more bearable.

After days of rain and a broken sump pump, our finished basement flooded - with the majority of water damage in our son’s bedroom. Within a half hour of calling this company, Brandon and Anthony came to our rescue. They were truly awesome! They were on time every day, professional, efficient, an so friendly. Everyone we worked with from start to finish was exceptional! Our basement is now completely dry, and our carpet is not only saved, but is sparkling clean. If you ever find yourself in a similar (or worse) situation, I HIGHLY recommend Waymakers Restoration!
