Aly was direct and kind. Very easy to work with, answered all my questions. He worked quickly and was considerate enough to offer to clean up the floors after instillation (lots of snow had been tracked in) - I told him not to worry about it but it was so nice for him to offer. Very professional. Made a stressful situation relatively easy to resolve. Thank you Aly and Ak Heating and Cooling!
I had an electric furnace not working. The young man named Ollie arrived on time who through process of elimination troubleshooting the root cause of the problem was able to fix it within 30 minutes. He was kind and explained to me everything he was doing. Other clients probably would give 5 stars but 4 is always my limit.
Highly Recommend AK Services. I had received the unfortunate news of needing a new furnace install. Aly reassured me that everything would be okay, showed me the issues and explained all the "whys" & provided quick and efficient services with a new furnace install the NEXT day. Extremely pleased with the customer service. Communicated very well. Respected my family and home. Very thorough and knowledgeable. Dedicated to the work and because of Aly and this company, we had a new furnace install in 24hours and they provided me a warm home for the upcoming winter months. Forever grateful!

Aly did such a great job! My 28 year old furnace sound like new! Plus, he taught me what is the proper filter I'm supposed to be using. Mine had too high of an M rating.
