I can’t say enough good things about Heating and Cooling Pros! Carl, James and Joao were great! From the first call to the completed job, they were prompt, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. But beyond the great work, they showed real compassion for my family situation and went out of their way to make a stressful time easier for us. That level of care is rare these days. I’m truly grateful and would recommend them without hesitation
AAAAA+++ Carly was extremely helpful and responded quickly and arrived for repairs on the same day even on a Black Friday. The furnace was up and running again and he asked for an honest and transparent pricing and he told me exactly what was going on. I highly recommend him to anyone! 👍🙌
Carl was great to work with. He was able to come out the same day, spent a great deal of time evaluating what was going on with the furnace and gave us a very fair charge for the work he did. We unfortunately ended up having to replace the unit, but again we were pleased with the team that came for the installation. Everyone was professional and very nice. I highly recommend working with them.
