Dave with FURNITURE MEDIC Honest, reliable, punctual, personable. After explaining the situation with our non working love seat recliner to Dave over the phone, he felt it was probably the motor. He ordered a new one and came out, exactly when he said he would, to replace it. When he checked the recliner, he found out it was the power supply and not the motor. He brought in a new power supply box from his truck and put the motor to the side replacing just the power supply box. This saved our recliner and $$$ for us by not having to replace the motor! Dave has integrity which seems to be lacking in our world these days.
