Amazing, efficient service completed by 2 very friendly employees! The guys were awesome, explained everything, and cleaned up after the service. Cannot wait to see what a difference the humidifier has on my family's quality of life. Thank you, as always, for taking such great care of us!
Tom from Classic Air was great! We discovered our furnace had stopped working upon our return from vacation. Our usual HVAC company wouldn’t provide emergency services on a Sunday so we called Classic Air. Twenty minutes later Tom called and said he would be able to get to us that same day. True to his word, he showed up at 6:30pm and by 9pm our furnace was working again! Amazing service!
I got a whole house humidifier put in and I am very happy with the product and service I received. The techs were prompt, polite, and efficient. They were also fine with me hanging out and watching because I like seeing how things work, which I appreciated. They were also able to set up the existing thermostat to work with the humidifier controls, which is maybe a standard thing but I was pretty excited about it. The price was a few hundred less than I was expecting/prepared to pay. I will definitely use them again if I have any other HVAC needs.
Classic Air has taken care of my HVAC maintenance in several homes and I've always been happy with the service. I had Tom for a long time, and Tony (Antonio) recently after I moved to a new area. They are on time and communicate when they are on their way. I get an email summarizing the work and any suggestions, and they have always taken the time to explain what was going on with my system. Thanks guys!
Classic Air exceeded expectations. First, I was referred by not one, not two, but three different people that have used them over time. Each of them boasted that the company is trustworthy - not automatically suggesting a full unit replacement, but rather making economical adjustments where possible. They also said the pricing was better and more fair compared to the competitors. I called and due to the uniqueness of my scenario, was connected to the owner. He was quick to respond, acted as a consultant on long term solutions, and was able to get me on the schedule quickly. On the day of the install, the team was thorough and respectful. The owner came to say hello and checkin. Everything was completed in a timely manner and they cleaned up as if they were never there. I would highly recommend the Classic Air team.
