These people were completely unreliable and unprofessional. They did a poor job which included coloring in chipped spots with markers. I subsequently went through endless phone tag and games with these people over months, which included them leaving one inappropriate voice mail. Eventually, I had to have the work redone by someone else, and I had to take them to court. The magistrate was hateful towards me right out the gate, and I lost my case despite proving that FP lied to the court several times! This happened in spite of FP bringing only a printout of their webpage making grandiose claims as evidence, them obviously getting really nervous when they were caught off-guard after I presented records of the phone calls to court, and me providing hard proof that they lied to the court several times. The magistrate was nice to FP though; it was clear before he walked into the courtroom that he had already decided the outcome. When I appealed the court's decision, I asked for the case to be heard by another magistrate, which as ignored, and the magistrate listed in the statement of facts things that I never said. One of the employees here, all family members, previously left a five star review for their own company. Then, I started getting slammed with solicitation emails for this company, which I suspect they were behind because once I started referring the companies to their phone number to call them repeatedly, the emails suddenly stopped. I’ve lived in a lot of places and subsequently discovered that this experience - the hatefulness and rip-offs - is your typical Appalachia Ohio customer experience.
