Walmart Photo Center

Ordered pictures here, got the alert that they were ready.. they had no idea what happened to my photos. No apology. Just stated they couldn’t find them even though they could find the order number.

Ordered pictures awhile back online to pick up at this store, and after I received the email that they were ready I went there only for them to say at first that they have no record of my order. When I gave them additional information of my order they found it and brought it to me.....with a blank folder with no pictures at all whatsoever inside. When I asked them they said that they didn't know what happened, the file was corrupt and wouldn't load. Yet they didn't bother to contact me on that issue and made me drive all the way to Canal Winchester just for them to not honor my order. I ended up dropping the rest of the things I was going to buy and left. DONT EVER ORDER ORDER PICTURES FROM THIS WALMART!!! Horrible customer service, and will treat you like you are stupid when they mess up!

Wal-Mart is convenient and staff are very friendly. Many times Wal-Mart is out of items - sometimes staff will help me and other times I couldn't get help and I leave without the item(s) - dog treats, drink mix, milk (but I've gotten help and staff gets milk out). I like the convenience and the Canal Winchester store has gotten MUCH cleaner and I feel safe shopping at any hour.

I ordered something online to be picked up at the store. Signed in and had it within 5 mins.
