We received fast, friendly, professional sales without high pressure! Joe Mctighe was our salesman and he worked to get us the discount we wanted. We made it harder for him since all 5 of our kids wore Alabama Crimson Tide shirts to a dealership in the heart of Ohio State Buckeye country! Even then, we were treated fairly! All the paperwork, finance and delivery were smooth! We would recommend Richard GMC and Joe to anyone looking for a vehicle!
Everyone I encountered at Ricart Used Car Factory was fantastic. I was on the hunt for the new Nissan Z Nismo and luckily for me they had one. Called right as they opened on Sunday(noon). Spoke with salesman Cameron Cummings. Explained my trade-in, where I wanted to be, that I lived over two hours n so on. Needless to say they stayed open late for my arrival and making the deal happen. The car exceeds my expectations and I couldn’t be happier; well, unless I got it for free. Haha Thanks again everyone.
I was welcomed by salesman Jacob as soon as I walked in the door at Ricart Nissan. From beginning to end it was a seamless process. We first encountered Ricart Ford at the 2019 Quarter Horse Congress. We arrived the first week of the show with our beautiful F350 King Ranch and new North Point fifth wheel camper. 660 miles from Vermont to Columbus and it was evident that the Northpoint was a little more than our SRW could handle safely with regard to stability. Well, my husband discovered truck heaven at the Congress and a week later we left with Big Bertha hooked to our first dually, purchased from Ricart. What a difference the ride back to Vermont was. Since then we’ve purchased two more trucks, and this year a Bronco, from Ricart Ford. I guess you could say we’re pretty darn happy with them!
