*I have attached picture and videos. This company provided extremely poor service and workmanship. I work at a shop that opened about a month ago, and the owners spent over $15,000 on a refrigeration installation that was incorrectly done from the beginning. We experienced major temperature issues that caused over $1,000 worth of inventory to be lost when products exploded due to temperatures dropping too low. At the owners’ request, I asked a technician to make sure everything was functioning properly, and I was told I was “wasting his time,” which was completely unprofessional. The company sent technicians multiple times, but each visit came with excuses and claims that nothing was wrong. Meanwhile, we were left removing damaged inventory and cleaning brand-new coolers. This issue occurred twice, causing repeated financial loss for the owners. Eventually, the owners contacted a different company, who immediately found serious problems, including incorrect wiring and improperly assembled parts. Once those issues were fixed, we have not had a single problem since. The original company tried to blame the way the refrigerators were stocked, despite many of us having experience working in stores with far more heavily stocked units. They even suggested we go to another company instead of taking responsibility. In the end, the owners had to spend an additional $5,000 to fix mistakes that should never have happened. The second company also stated they could have completed the job correctly for around $10,000. Overall, this company showed poor workmanship, unprofessional behavior, and a lack of accountability. I would strongly advise business owners to avoid them.
