Got the battery replaced for my mid-2014 MacBook Pro for a very reasonable price. Store clerk was very responsive, friendly, and helpful. Store offers 90-day warranty. I especially appreciated the fact that he showed me the old battery AND when I asked if he needed my password upon drop off, he politely refused saying there was no need and respected protecting the customer’s private information. This was one thing I was concerned about taking my laptop into any service but without me having to mention it, he understood such concern and acted proactively. I wanted to get a quote on a screen replacement on an iPhone 16. I don’t know if they don’t do screen repair here. He tried to sell me a $15 screen cover. I’m not sure how that’s gonna help a cracked screen, but I think he was more interested in staring at his phone and not waiting on customers I would wouldn’t advise going here I would go to batteries plus better customer service.
