Patriot Air Comfort Systems

Let me begin by saying that I wholeheartedly recommend the team at Patriot Air if you are needing a new HVAC system. I am a researcher and questioner by nature, and this was my first time needing to replace my furnace and air conditioning unit. As such, I had a TON of questions. Daniel was incredibly responsive and patient with me, educating me on the costs and benefits of different systems, teaching me the meaning of HVAC specific terminology, and ultimately helping me to identify the right system for our family. This was easier said than done. We were trying to balance reducing my household's carbon footprint with staying within a moderate upfront budget and minding long-term operating costs. In the end, we landed on a Lennox cold climate heat pump backed up by a high efficiency gas furnace. However, a few days before we were supposed to install the system, we were informed by Lennox that the heat pump we'd ordered was stuck in customs and wouldn't make it through for several more weeks. Daniel worked with the Lennox rep to secure us an upgraded cold-climate heat pump that they had in stock at no additional cost to us! Our system was installed a few days ago, right before the temperature dropped into the single digits for several days in a row. So far, it's been working great!
