Scott has always been so helpful and kind. He has even stayed a little late to help me get out of a pinch before. I am not sure about all the negative reviews because I’ve never had a bad experience. All the employees seem to genuinely care about their customers.
A terrible experience over the phone with Platinum Mobile Electronics AGAIN! Customers should not be talked down to while trying to get information about a vehicle IID transfer. The person I spoke with was unhelpful, dismissive, and showed zero interest in answering my questions. I was simply trying to understand the process and expected at least basic courtesy and professionalism. Instead I am left extremely disappointed — I would not recommend them based on this interaction alone. Because of this interaction I am now surely cancelling my contract and looking for another company and shop that can provide Interlock services.
Had the shop do a full custom stereo setup on my side by side!!! The quality of work is top notch will be returning customer
I want to start by saying I never read the reviews on this page until I ordered a part 10 business days down the line I called to ask for my delivery date the guy that initially took my order in person at the shop. The customer service was poor. His energy was poor Gave me vibes that he thinks he’s better than everyone. This place is bias ethnicity wise and if I were you, I would never spend another dime at this place. I called for my delivery date or just an update on a $661 part that I ordered. This guy gave me nothing but attitude and basically told me I will call you when the part come…..super rude. Considering the fact that I’m not resorting to being an indecent person, I’m just going to say do not go here‼️
Not my first go-around with having an interlock installed and serviced. Doing it through this shop has been a much better experience than the others. Just normal, good people, who do their jobs and have treated me well. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing an interlock.
