I had a great experience here! I am very indecisive when it comes to purchasing things and I often feel rushed when I am interfering with other people's time but the worker, named Bryan, was patient which made me feel at ease to take my time. He answered all my questions and more. Keep in mind not only am I indecisive I am very forgetful, so I did repeatedly ask some of the same question...but again Bryan answered every one with a positive attitude! I am so glad I heard about this place because I have no regrets and my new phone works perfect!! Thank you :)

We've had great experiences in the past with this shop, so when my mom's phone stopped working, I brought her in to see if it could be fixed. It turned out not to be salvageable, but Dalton spent a lot of time with us, trying to get the old phone working, and then explaining our options and getting a new phone prepared for her. He even set it up so that everything will automatically back up. She won't lose anything in the future if something happens to the new phone. As always, great experience with The Phone Guys!

Had an excellent experience at The Phone Guys in Lacey! The staff was incredibly kind, fast, and professional. They applied my phone screen protector perfectly and took the time to explain the specifics of my accessory and how to initiate the warranty if needed. They were also very knowledgeable about various phone service companies and accessories. Really appreciated how easy and quick the whole process was. I was in and out with no hassle. Highly recommend!
