They are very competent and courteous. They saved a ring set that I dropped off to resize and then asked them not to do anything with them. That was 7 years ago(2016) . I went there last week (2023) and picked them up. And they said no charge. If I need anything in jewelry or such I would definitely go there. They are honest as the day is long . Thank you,Jeff
I had to have my wedding ring repaired and they did a beautiful job. Good small town jeweler that treats their customers like they've known them forever! You don't find that kind of customer service anywhere these days. Great place and great prices.
First experience with Van Denover Jewelry. Needed my wedding rings soldered. Chad was very personable and I had my rings back in 4 days. Very pleased with the result and service!
The customer service is the best. They treat you l like someone they have know forever. When I went in to find a ring they made sure to remember me the next time when I brought my boyfriend in. I loved my experience and would definitely recommend them.
I don't get out this way to often but if I did I would stop in this store a lot more often! I believe I dealt with the owner who was friendly and knowledgeable. I like that they sell previously owned rings. I don't want to own or wear the same type of rings that everyone else is wearing, so finding an antique or something different is a plus for me. They have a nice selection of new items as well. I'm happy with my purchase and look forward to doing business here again.
