I visited this store today. We wanted to try some clothes, but the lady at the fitting room working at 13:15 very rude and racist. We wanted to buy some stuff but we couldn’t just because of her. I have no words to say other than racist and rudddddeeeeee. I would love myself to be contacted by management, also management needs to teach her some manners and how to talk to customers. Very unprofessional and not helpful. 02/15/2026

Management was unwilling to help get an cat out of one of its containers. IT WAS LEFT THERE FOR 4 DAYS until someone put pressure on to rescue the poor cat. She had to HIRE companies to help. This was blatent animal cruelty. Manager should be fired or penalized in some way. Management said if it was dog, it would be a different story. NOT ACCEPTABLE.

I went to Dicks a few days ago. Had a great experience thanks to Sabrina in apparel. She was so helpful in answering my questions. Hope when I come back she is there again. We need more helpful people like her and with a great smile and attitude.
