So I just got off the phone with an incredibly unpleasant lady. I was unaware that they were not running on Christmas Eve day and they had moved trash day to Tuesday. So my normal trash day is tomorrow and I have two weeks worth of trash not able to fit in my trash can I asked if I could pay a fee and have somebody stop by today as well as my normal trash day. She said no if I would have called yesterday they could have scheduled it. I then asked okay can I schedule something for Friday she said no you can't. Tell me how that makes sense. They then asked her can she sign me up for notifications when they move my trash day she goes no you can go online and do that. Horrible customer service.
