Blake helped me during my visit, and he was incredibly polite, professionally dressed, and truly a joy to work with. As soon as I walked in, it was like he instantly knew exactly what I was looking for—before I even knew myself! I am relatively new to this area, and needed a piece of jewelry repaired. I found Riddles. What a helpful store they are!! They were able to quickly repair my ring, and were so gracious to me. Zinajda was so kind and helpful in the process. So many beautiful options there too! I would totally recommend this jewelry store to those looking for good service!

My husband got me this ring from this store year 2022. My ring was badly stuck and wouldn’t come off after trying everything at home to remove it. The staff helped me cut it off quickly and safely. Very professional and helpful. I’m so grateful! Hopefully they can fix my ring when I come back next time and will update my rating to ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
