Michael Doherty was our service technician and I can't speak more highly of him. On-time, professional, friendly, explained the issue and costs clearly, and cleaned up after himself. First experience with Mr. Rooter. While I hope I never have another plumbing issue in my life, it's likely inevitable and they will be the first service I contact for assistance.
