FACETS has the best customer service. It's the only jeweler I know that creates just what you want. I had a Wide band and he set a 3ct princess cut perfectly in the center. Amazing experience! They replaced a battery on a nice watch that I have, but more importantly, they were able to put a white gold pendant on a white gold necklace that I had bought. The pendant could not fit over the clasp of the necklace. They were able to fix it for me, and the necklace looks amazing! It was done in a very timely manner, and the staff was extremely friendly! I know that I will go back in the future and will highly recommend them to everyone that I know. Thank you so very much!!!

Dave was so helpful! My 25 year old wedding ring was in bad shape and needed some TLC! I got my ring back in a timely manner and it looks like NEW! He was so accommodating and picked my ring up and dropped it back off for me. I appreciate his professionalism so much!
