Stuff Etc

I bought a bed frame, and I'm a victim of the false advertising utilized at suffet etc. The bed frame said it came with the rails. Silly me here assumed that I would be receiving a fully functional bed frame that I only had to assemble at home. Upon loading the bed frame I noticed there's no hardware... Imagine my surprise when I ask for hardware and someone comes out with a handful of mismatched bolts. He said that this was all he had and that usually any hardware is attached to the furniture. Since there was no hardware attached to the furniture this was the best he could do. He said it was unfortunate that no one marked that there was not hardware included. I said it was unfortunate that they falsely advertised a bed frame and I would like my money back. Stuff etc has a no refund policy, which is a oversight of customer care and undermines a professional business model. The cherry on top was this guy took my receipt and walked away leaving me with a bed frame with no attachments, no receipts, and a terrible taste in my mouth from my service and experience at stuff etc. Since I have had no recourse from their corporation I am turning to you the public of Waterloo. Do not spend money at stuff etc. Do not bring stuff etc stuff to sell.
