So I have an Xbox series X a few months ago it started acting up and not reading my discs. I ended up ordering the part I needed. I called the other Salem computer repair on Main Street in Salem and they quoted me 150$ to install this one part….& it would probably be a 2 weeks until I could get it because they were backed up. I thought this price was very high considering I watched YouTube videos of it being installed and its something that takes less than an hour… I didn’t trust myself enough to try and do this, So I called here instead and asked for an estimate without hesitation the man told me 75$ bucks! It was Friday tho and they are not open on the weekends so it might not be ready till Monday. So I got off work and ended up taking it down there by the time I dropped it off came home did a few things around the house. He called me about an hour later telling me it was ready. My Xbox is as good as new and works perfect now. If your thinking about giving this place a try please do I highly recommend this place and couldn’t be any happier. I took a desktop and a laptop, both for business, in for repair. I now have my laptop back and it runs the way it did the day I bought it. The desktop will take a little longer due to extensive damage from viruses. They explained in detail what they had done and what needed to be done and why. These guys are true professionals. I am thoroughly impressed by their professionalism, friendliness, courtesy, and knowledge. It has been many, many years since I have totally trusted someone to provide this level of service. They are the very best in my book. I recommend them to anyone concerned about the quality and cost of repairs for their computers.
