John was very customer-oriented, as well as professional and experienced. He answered all of our question about the product/pricing and when we agreed to the deal, he very efficiently removed the old toilet and installed the new Gerber. His assistant/apprentice was very nice, too. We are pleased. Bobby Cooper
I had what I thought was a small issue, that then turned into a BIG issue. I called Classic one evening and they got back to me the very next day super fast. I scheduled something, but turns out that it leaked much faster. They called me back after hours just to check on me, then came to visit me the next day! I needed significant repairs to multiple valves in my house (toilet valve, under sink valves, shutoffs to both hoses, and a repair to the main water shutoff valve to my house). The main shutoff was in a very awkward spot, but they were able to repair it with no problems. John was also very friendly, answered all my questions, and didn't talk down to me, explaining everything they did and why. Very trustworthy and I am highly satisfied.
I had a faucet replaced by Alan. He was great! Renee at the office is always wonderful to work with. I use them for all my plumbing needs. Reasonably priced and a company I can trust! Highly recommend!!!!
After 17 years it was time to get a new hot water heater. It just so happened I ran into Brandon Sturgill over Thanksgiving and the conversation led to his new job at Ostrom. It was perfect timing to ask him about hot water heaters and he convinced me to look no further than Ostrom for a new one. Sure enough I called Ostrom several days later and spoke to "Grace". Grace is a very charming artificially intelligent techno robot that actually functions like a real human being. "She" efficiently scheduled a service call for me for that very day. Sure enough, I received a follow up text from Tyson, a real live professional plumber, who came by my house and answered all my questions about a new hot water heater. Two days later, as scheduled, he and Eli came and installed the new heater, removed the old one, and in no more than an hour were finished. The new heater looks great and we now have the peace of mind knowing we have many years ahead to enjoy it. Thanks again to Brandon, Grace, Tyson, Eli, and Amanda for their excellent service!! Ostrom is a 5 star company!
Our garbage disposal stopped working last night after our dinner so since we are Diamond Club Members with Classic Plumbing, we called Classic Plumbing first thing this morning and they were able to come out and start our repair prior to 12:00 noon. Our repair tech was John who is familiar with us & our condominium and has been here to help with multiple projects over the years. John is always very professional; he is always neatly or cleanly dressed, he is always happy to be here and has a smile on his face even if things in his life are not going great. The service that we get from Classic Plumbing is quite phenomenal as compared to some other plumbing companies that we have had to deal with over the past 50 years that we have lived in the Roanoke Valley area and we've been using Classic Plumbing for probably 30 of those years and are very happy and satisfied customers!
