Crew appeared on time and started right to work. Took the day to install but guys were friendly and kept me informed of their progress. Got tanks installed and filled and once final inspection was made, generator cranked and ran well. Very satisfied! Dler Anwar guided us through the inspection process and showed me the ropes on the generator.
Barry and David we're here today service in the plumbing problem I had. They were efficient friendly and very knowledgeable. But most importantly they knew exactly what to do and how to get it done. They completely clear the clogged drain that was not moving water at all. And they did it in just a little over an hour. Thank you very much for sending them
Very efficient! Did a great job! Fast installation! Worked in harsh weather conditions but finished job! They got here at 9am when it was 10 degrees and installed a new heat pump on Saturday, thanks David and Trenton !! Bob Garrett’s is great! Highly recommend!
We had the most efficient service with them. Johnny and Jake came out and installed gas logs in our basement. Both gentlemen were friendly, and knowledgeable about our install and got us scheduled super quick. We forgot about the remote that went with the logs we purchased and Johnny came back the next day and hooked up the remote. We are very pleased and will definitely call on Bob Garrett services in the future.
Barry Dooley did an excellent job replacing the shower valve in my home today. The old one had been leaking and causing pressure issues for months, and he got right to the problem with no hesitation. He arrived on time, explained exactly what needed to be done and why, quoted a fair price upfront, and then got to work efficiently. The new valve is installed perfectly—great water pressure now, no drips, and everything looks clean and professional. He cleaned up thoroughly afterward, no mess left behind. Barry was friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in his work. No upselling or unnecessary extras—just honest, straightforward service. I highly recommend him for any plumbing needs.
