Awesome service! I have an older dryer that I want to keep as it is much better than the new dryers- in my opinion. Very happy with Urbana dryer Lint in helping me keep my dryer in service. Very professional and did an impeccable job cleaning all the lint out of my dryer and vents. Highly recommend.
Extremely knowledgeable! They came out to clean my vent and were honest and told me it was clean. They then checked my dryer to see what the issue was. These guys arrived on time, were fast, professional, knowledgeable, honest and charged me a fair price!
I am very happy with the cleaning of the dryer vent. Dennis Thomas is a very diligent and expert guy, and I took his recommendation; the dryer time became very reasonable, and the power consumption was sufficient. I also want to mention and recommend dryer vent cleaning and dryer vent cover installation in the Monrovia and Urbana area.
I am so glad my daughter’s dryer was cleaned by Urbana Dryer Vent Service. Dennis took the whole dryer apart and vacuumed all the lint from the inside of the dryer, the vent, the floor and corners behind the dryer. He showed me that the brown lint on the long box inside the dryer( can’t remember what he called it) was burnt lint. He was so knowledgeable and explained everything he did. Because he did such a great job, I had him clean my dryer and had his very qualified employee clean my sister’s and her daughter’s dryer. Now, we all feel safer and increased the life of our dryers!)
