I wanted to switch propane providers from Thompson to Griffith due to issues with the former. Shawn from the Frederick branch of Griffith came out to do the inspection. He was very thorough, and I felt well taken care of. Very happy with the experience so far.
Shawn was the exact right guy we needed to see. Friendly, communicative, patient, and answered every question I had. He was quick to address our tank's service call and quote us for another request, but his experience and knowledge of generators, propane, codes, and general best practices helped us feel more confident about moving forward with plans for our house. We'd love to work with him again and recommend him to everyone.

I came home from church to find that our furnace wasn't working. I called Griffith and Shawn showed up within hours. While he was fixing our furnace, he offered to take a look at other systems and share how Griffith could help in those areas as well. Great service.
