BPM Cooling and Heating Plumbing truly came to my rescue. I had no hot water and no heat for 24 hours, and with my 99-year-old mother in the house, that was not something I could wait on. I called, and they were at my home within 30 minutes. That kind of response time speaks volumes. They were professional, respectful, and immediately got to work. They explained everything clearly, fixed the problem quickly, and did not overcharge me. In a stressful situation, they brought urgency, honesty, and real care. When you’re responsible for an elderly parent, that level of service matters more than anything. Thank you! First I want to say that my first encounter with one of the service guys was amazing!! I found out about your company while they were working in the neighborhood. I then was introduced to Mr. Rich, is an Amazing person as well. He kept me hopeful when I had doubt. The gentlemen that came to install my system were Awesome! The financing was crazy easy. My sister stated that I could have found it a little less expensive, I am not sure I would have gotten the Customer Service that I received. You all are Amazing and thank you.
