Terrible customer service. Terrible communication. Terrible follow through from front office to owner. Told me someone came to my house and couldn’t complete service bc no one was home. We waited the whole day for service, and have cameras. No one showed up. The lady who answers the phone acted more rude to me for expecting service the next day when they made things up. Then continued to try to order parts for our appliance and schedule repair WEEKS after our last communication was: we do not want anything to do with Mr. Appliance. I’ve literally never been treated like that as a paying customer expecting the service I was guaranteed and ALREADY paid for. Then the owner said “that’s not like her”. IT JUST HAPPENED, so yes it is like her. DO NOT USE THEM.
